The magnet attracts only ferromagnetic materials, which include iron, nickel, and cobalt. This also includes steel, which is used in stables to make stalls, grates, metal frames, obstacle racks, and riding boxes.

On the other hand, a magnet won't affect materials like plastic, wood, or aluminum. These materials don't have ferromagnetic properties, which means they don't react to a magnet. Remember!
